I signed up to Spin Sorcery sweepstake casino and received 10,000 Gold Coins and 0.4 Sweeps Coins to begin with. I just needed to verify my email using the four-digit passcode they sent me.
Once inside, I found eight social gaming categories, and various tasks to complete to boost my Sweeps Coins balance. The site’s menu did not include a slots category, but there are plenty of those to play. I’ll share my findings on the lack of a mobile app here too, along with discussing the site layout, which is easy to use.

Spin Sorcery did not reveal its welcome offer until I signed up, at which point I received 10,000 Gold Coins(GCs) plus 0.4 Sweeps Coins (SCs). I’ve reviewed other competing sites which offer one or more SCs to start with, so the 0.4 SC offer is a bit low. I only had to provide an email address and password to create an account, before entering the four-digit code they emailed me to complete the account setup process.
There’s a blue Buy Coins button in the menu once you’re in the site, but all Gold Coin purchases are optional and not required to play at the Spin Sorcery sweepstake casino. I also noted a gift icon and timer at the top of the page, counting down until the next bonus I could receive. They’ve set up a Welcome Week Bonus event, so you can claim another free bonus each day over that first week. For more detailed information about the welcome offer and how it works, you can read the specific bonus report on that alone.
Once I was inside my account, I could see a menu column to the left of the screen. This reveals the current Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances. I was also able to switch between them at the top of the site before playing anything. The social gaming lobby then plays out in the middle of the page, with a few highlights from each category provided. I was able to ‘view all’ in a specific category at any time.
The menu also includes an Events section, but it should be named bonuses or info really, since the section highlights an optional first purchase offer along with info about their fast redemption process. It’s a mix of details, but still worth reading through. I found the hot and new games areas best for finding some slots to play, since there isn’t a slots area in the lobby.
Once I’d signed up, I spent some time looking around to see if there were any signs of a mobile app. I came up with nothing. I did search online and found one of their Facebook posts that suggested they had an app, but no links were provided. Of course, there is no need to use an app since you can just visit the website on any browser you care to use. I tested this on an iPhone and was able to access the site without issues. The format looks a bit different compared to the computer presentation, but this shouldn’t present any issues.
The social gaming lobby shifts to the bottom of your screen if you’re on a mobile device, along with some other useful links. You’ll also change to touchscreen controls, so if you’re thinking about playing with Sweeps Coins, I’d suggest sticking to Gold Coins and some social gaming until you become more familiar with the touchscreen aspect of things.
Since the site is a social and sweepstakes casino, you don’t need to purchase anything to play there. Optional purchases are available for Gold Coins, and you might receive some free Sweeps Coins along with a GC purchase. You can only ever pick up Sweeps Coins for free, as per the usual sweepstakes rules.
Once inside my account, I selected Buy Coins to see the latest Gold Coin packages. If you select one, you need to confirm your location to be able to proceed with the purchase. That’s because Spin Sorcery is only available in selected US states. You can also choose to set up your wallet ahead of making any optional purchases – just hit that link in the menu and follow the steps there. This also makes the prize redemption process easier if you win any Sweeps Coins you’d like to redeem. Remember that only SC winnings are redeemable for a real prize – you cannot redeem any Gold Coins. ACH and electronic debit are mentioned in the terms of service as potential purchase methods, but there’s no other detailed information on Spin Sorcery secure methods available until you have confirmed your location.
The site has some useful pages to visit, including the terms of use, which explain more about the site’s framework. Surprisingly, the bottom of the site offers an email address and direct phone number – two things you don’t always see at these sites. Underneath those, I found a help center link… although upon selecting it, it opened a small FAQ panel. The info in there was fine, but I wouldn’t call it a help center. You may find you still have some questions once you’ve reviewed it.
I spent some time looking for a live chat option, and eventually spotted a grayed-out icon of a person in the top right corner. This opened a support panel, confirming that they do offer live chat. It’s serviced by a bot to start with, which seems to be more common now. Still, they do provide all the customer service features I wanted to include in my Spin Sorcery review.
There is a lot of information at the foot of the website before you sign up. Fish Bear Studio Limited is the site owner and operator, based in Hong Kong. There is additional info for two payment processing companies based in Canada and the UK. One thing you won’t find is licensing information, since none is required. Social and sweepstakes casinos are not bound by the licensing laws applied to regular online casinos. They do confirm a minimum age of 18, and the fact that no purchase is required to use the site.
While I could not find a loyalty program on the site, I did notice a Task option listed in the menu. This opened another panel offering three things in separate tabs:
They should be plural really, as there are multiple options in each area. The idea is to try and complete a task to earn the reward associated with it. Where there are multiple tasks in a section, I could only see the first in each case. The next one unlocks upon completion of the previous one. My first task rewarded me with 0.20 Sweeps Coins, so it could be a good way to build up a few over time.
The Challenge Mission involved treasure chests in various colors as well. As far as I could tell, there was an increasing amount of Sweeps Coins (or a partial SC anyway) in each of them.
Once inside the social casino, I found myself in the lobby. There are eight menu options within the social gaming section, offering classics, new, and recommended social games among others. Oddly, there is a category for animal-themed titles too, so it looks like they’ve got a few of those to explore. There’s no specific slot game area, but most of the regular categories do provide those titles to play – including the classic slots.
Upon signing up, I received 10,000 Gold Coins plus 0.4 Sweeps Coins, so the names of the coins will likely be familiar to you. I was immediately able to use the Gold Coins to play their social games. Sweeps Coins are intended for the sweepstakes format, although with 0.4 SC to start with, it takes a while to collect enough to play with. As usual, there are Gold Coin purchases available, along with a Welcome Week Bonus that provides some more each day. No purchase is ever necessary though – and you can only redeem Sweeps Coins winnings in exchange for a real prize.
Spin Sorcery has a compact collection of social games, although the table games area was a puzzler as it didn’t have any table games in it. Instead, I found scratch cards, dice games, and similar titles. The site feels a little unfinished in places, and the social games menu could be better organized to lead you to the slots if you want them. There are highlights though, not least the few familiar titles in the animal-themed area.
When you arrive, you will see an invitation to join the site on the landing page. You can create an account from there if you live in an accepted jurisdiction to do so.
No purchase is necessary to play at Spin Sorcery. There are lots of ways to collect free Gold Coins without purchasing any. Sweeps Coins are available in multiple ways and cannot be purchased at any point.
The site is owned by Fish Bear Studio Limited. Ownership information confirms they are based in Hong Kong.
Having signed up and explored for a bit, I found Spin Sorcery did well in many areas, although the social games categories could have been a bit more accessible in terms of labeling. Overall, there are lots of slots to play from several developers, but table game fans are likely to be disappointed. Hopefully, the site and its social gaming collection will develop further over time. The opening bonus is fine although a little light on the Sweeps Coins, since you only receive one partial coin to start with. It makes it more important to check for other ways to get some as you settle in.
