Is EA FC 24 Pro Clubs Cross Platform?

Although this may be disappointing, it is a logical decision as next-generation players would likely have an advantage over those who are still using older consoles. Furthermore, there are vast differences in gameplay when it comes to playing the game on the old consoles without Hype motion and as a result crossplay becomes impossible.

Note: For the first time ever Nintendo fans rejoice, as Pro Clubs will also be accessible on the Nintendo Switch.

How does Cross Play work in EA Sports FC 24?

The new EA Social widget allows users to easily search for players, add them to their party, and manage game invites. The widget can be found at the bottom right corner of the main menu. EA Social offers various subcategories including friends, game invites, friend requests, player search, and recently met.

In the friends menu, users can see which friends are currently online. From there, they can invite friends to join game modes or perform actions like removing, blocking, or muting friends.

The game invites menu displays recent invites received by the user. Each invite is accompanied by a pop-up message and can be accepted with just one click. Similarly, the friend requests menu shows incoming friend requests.

Using the player search feature, users can easily find and add friends by entering their EA ID or platform ID into the search bar.

Lastly, if users have encountered someone in EA Sports FC 24 and want to play with or against them again, they can find these players under the "recently met" category.

Shared Ultimate Team Transfer Market in EA FC 24

Following the introduction of cross-play, the FUT transfer market is set to undergo significant changes. In EA FC 24, it is expected that PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S will have a unified transfer market. However, PC and Nintendo Switch will continue to operate separate transfer markets, which has raised concerns within the community.
